He showed up at our house on July 4th, and by Labor Day we were under contract at the full listing price. And he did this during a difficult market with ever increasing interest rates. David was outstanding from day 1. After we met with him the first time, we were sure we had the right man & team for the job. After several sub-par experieces with other agents, we were nervous about starting over again, but we had nothing to worry about! David and his team did everything they said they would, the communication was on point, and we had an offer on our home about 48 hours after going live on the market. We listed our house in September with a different agent. It got a lot of attention and showings, but only one lowball offer (>20% below listing) that it turns out was a firm offering with no counter-offer after we countered closer to asking. After almost 4 months of this- averaging almost a showing per day but nothing coming out of any of them despite the home being priced very competitively on a per square foot basis. As the previous listing was set to expire we started researching new agents, and David Arustamian was someone who was recommended to us by a local physician's group.  We're very pleased that we hired them and the only regret is not going with them earlier.
