We've entrusted David and his team to sell two of our houses in AZ, one in McCormick Ranch and another in the Arcadia area. Within a week of David listing our first house, we accepted a full price, all cash offer that set a record for the neighborhood. When going to sell our second house, we made the mistake of listing it with another agent from another brokerage. We had multiple issues with this other agent and, despite multiple price drops and a very urgent need to sell quickly for a relocation, the house sat on the market for nearly three months.
